The founder of Rocket Buddha is a restless creative, gifted at escaping from careers that ensconced him first in remote hazardous test laboratories, then cubicles at NASA centers, and finally in high school classrooms. These careers provided the resources, however, for his true vocation, which has always been the creative arts.

After a series of eye-opening experiences, Robert Costanza folded up his life, moved abroad, and put studying yoga and meditation at the forefront of his life for five years. His experience and passion for bridging science, art, spirituality, and education led to the launch of Rocket Buddha, a platform for sharing resources and inspiring evolution. In particular, Rocket Buddha seeks a fuller integration of Western and Eastern sciences, which we see as imperative to finding a sustainable way into the future for all beings on our planet, Earth.
